About Me

I am an Associate Clinical Psychologist with over four years of progressive experience in the field of mental health, specializing in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention. My clinical practice spans reputable institutions including Humdard Hospital Saddar Taj Complex, Brain and Mind Diagnostic & Rehabilitation Center, NJV School, Milestone Rehab Clinic, and Dewa Academy for children with special needs. In addition to my clinical roles, I contributed to academic research as a Clinical Research Assistant at IBA University Karachi.
My core competencies include conducting standardized psychological assessments such as intelligence testing, personality profiling (objective and projective), neurocognitive evaluations, and behavioral assessments. I am proficient in delivering evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Family Psychoeducation. I work with a wide range of clinical presentations including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
